Will my figurine look like my photo?
Yes. Every Storya figurine is carefully created to capture your facial features, hairstyle, clothing, and special details as closely as possible based on the photos you provide.
Can I upload more than one photo?
Absolutely. We encourage uploading multiple clear photos from different angles to help us create the best possible result.
What if I only have one photo?
No worries! We can create your custom figurine from just one clear photo. However, if you have additional photos from different angles, we recommend uploading them to help us capture more details and achieve the best possible result.
Can I leave special requests?
Yes. You can leave notes when placing your order. If you have specific requests for hairstyles, clothing, poses, accessories, or other details, we’ll do our best to include them whenever possible.
How long does it take?
Each Storya figurine is custom-made. Production and shipping typically take 20–35 days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to most countries around the world.
What kind of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos with the face fully visible produce the best results. We also recommend uploading multiple photos from different angles to help us capture every detail.
Can I customize pets?
Yes. Dogs, cats, and many other pets can be included as part of your custom figurine.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because every Storya figurine is personalized and made just for you, we generally do not accept returns or refunds unless your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
Can you create figurines from old photos?
Yes. As long as the important details are visible, we can create a custom figurine from old or treasured photos.
