Shipping policy

At Storya, every order is custom-made based on the photos you upload. Because each piece is created specifically for you, additional time is required to ensure the best possible quality.

After your order is placed, we will begin preparing your custom figurine. This process usually takes 1–2 working days before production begins.

Production typically takes 15–25 working days. During holidays or periods of high demand, production may take slightly longer. We always strive to complete every order as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

Once production is complete, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped. Delivery usually takes approximately 7–12 working days, although shipping times may vary depending on your destination, customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after the parcel has been processed by the shipping carrier.

For most destinations, Storya covers import duties and customs clearance fees, so you will generally not need to pay any additional charges upon delivery. If any unexpected customs issue occurs, our support team will be happy to assist you.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your information before your order is shipped. Storya is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

As all Storya products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.
