Welcome to Storya. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue the use of our website and services.

Storya specializes in creating personalized figurines based on the photos and information provided by our customers. Every product is made exclusively for each individual order and is created as a custom keepsake. Due to the personalized nature of our products, every Storya figurine is an artistic interpretation of the reference photos you provide. While we strive to achieve the closest possible resemblance, slight variations in facial features, colors, proportions, textures, poses, expressions, or other artistic details may naturally occur during production. These variations are an expected part of the custom creation process and shall not be considered manufacturing defects or grounds for a refund, replacement, or dispute.

When placing an order, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your name, email address, shipping address, and any reference photos or information required to create your personalized product. Storya is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, additional costs, or quality issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable information provided by the customer.

After your order has been processed, our design team will prepare a design preview based on the reference photos you provide. The design preview is intended to allow you to verify factual details, such as the correct subjects, accessories, clothing, or other reference-based elements before production begins. Each order includes one complimentary design revision based on the original reference photos provided. If no response is received within 24 hours after the design preview has been sent, the design will be deemed accepted, and production will automatically begin according to our production schedule. By uploading photos or other materials to our website, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have obtained all necessary permissions from the rightful owner. You further confirm that the uploaded materials do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights. Storya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content that we reasonably believe may violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or include illegal, offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material.

Storya also reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if we determine that it cannot be reasonably fulfilled due to insufficient reference materials, technical limitations, production constraints, quality concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If production has not yet begun, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

The photos and information you provide will be used solely for creating your custom product, processing your order, providing customer support, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. Storya does not sell or rent your uploaded photos or personal information to third parties.

Because every Storya product is custom-made specifically for you, orders may only be cancelled before production begins, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

The production and delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only. While we make every reasonable effort to meet these estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, courier disruptions, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

Storya shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other external factors beyond our reasonable control.

For most destinations, Storya covers applicable import duties and customs clearance fees, meaning customers generally will not need to pay additional charges upon delivery. However, if unexpected fees arise due to local regulations or exceptional circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the matter.

Any claims relating to manufacturing defects, damaged products, or other quality-related issues will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Minor variations resulting from the artistic interpretation of a custom product shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency and may be updated without prior notice. Storya reserves the right to modify product pricing, discontinue products, update product descriptions, or improve our services at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

All content available on the Storya website, including but not limited to our brand name, logo, product photographs, graphics, illustrations, website design, text, videos, and other original materials, is the intellectual property of Storya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or otherwise used without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Storya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that order.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our website or services for any customer who violates these Terms of Service, engages in fraudulent activities, abuses our customer support, attempts unauthorized access to our systems, or otherwise interferes with the operation, security, or integrity of our website.

If a dispute arises regarding these Terms of Service or the use of our website, both parties agree to first make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through good-faith communication. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that consumers may have under applicable laws.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, legal obligations, or services. Any revised Terms will become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of our website after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
